Conquered a little fear last week when I went out with Bob Hazen to his bee hives in Naselle. The suit — extremely uncomfortable in a claustrophobic sorta way — was almost as bad as the loud buzzing on my ears. Did I mention I've been allergic to bees since I was a kid? That big one without the stripes above is the queen, BTW.
